泛亚世贸中心A300.00米。

There are Alien Races in the Milky Way

Dear All

There are Alien Races in the Milky Way

Before we explore some  further questions about God , belief and religions;  we better note that Scientists have been searching for life in the Universe. Scientists believe that we have Extraterrestrial life on Earth and Humanity is on the verge of discovering alien life.
The Milky Way may bear 100 million life-giving planets.  There are some 100 million other places in the Milky Way galaxy that could support complex life. “It seems highly unlikely that we are alone,” say the researchers. “We are likely so far away from life at our level of complexity that a meeting with such alien forms might be improbable for the foreseeable future.”

Bill

Many generations of thinkers, both religious and scientific, have been led astray by anthropic assumptions, while others were simply led astray by ignorance. In the absence of dogma and data, history tells us that it's prudent to be guided by the notion that we are not special, which is generally known as the Copernican principle, named for the Polish astronomer Nicholas Copernicus who, in the mid 1500s, put the Sun back in the middle of our solar system where it belongs. The sixteenth century Italian monk Giordano Bruno suggested publicly that an infinite universe was filled with planets that harbor life. For these thoughts he was burned upside down and naked at the stake.
Now the time comes, "We know where to look. We know how to look," Stofan added , "In most cases we have the technology, and we're on a path to implementing it. " [5 Bold Claims of Alien Life].
Hunting for evidence of alien life is a much trickier proposition than identifying potentially habitable environments.  For example, the agency's next Mars rover, scheduled to launch in 2020, will search for signs of past life and cache samples for a possible return to Earth for analysis. NASA also aims to land astronauts on Mars in the 2030s — a step Stofan regards as key to the search for Mars life.

Science is more about  the conditions to support life rather than to address the Origin of life questions.  The scientists surveyed more than 1,000 planets on the conditions to harbour complex life  and consider that “It seems highly unlikely that we are alone".
The  Milky Way is so vast that planets with high BCI values are very far apart, according to the scientists.  "We are likely so far away from life at our level of complexity that a meeting with such alien forms might be improbable for the foreseeable future.”

Extraterrestrial life [n 1] is life that does not originate from Earth.  The Scientists consider that 10 billions Milky Way may have lives.

Discovered using super-powerful magnets to capture minute pieces of debris floating in space, the “bull-shaped” particle is a “complete living entity”.  Professor Milton Wainwright the University of Buckingham Centre for Astrobiology claims it proves life exists outside Earth.

' According to the statistics and the indications we have, a good share of the planets in the habitable zone will be solid planets where there might be liquid water and where life could exist,' said Steffen Kjaer Jacobsen, from the University of Copenhagen.

From the American space agency Nasa's Kepler space telescope, which has confirmed the existence of around 1,000 planets orbiting stars in the Milky Way.  It has also identified an estimated 3,000 other candidate worlds.

Mobile-friendly - Mar 18, 2015 - 'Billions of stars' in the Milky Way may have planets that contain alien life: Scientists say our galaxy is ...

Exoplanets around main sequence stars are being discovered in large numbers.

An increasing number of extrasolar planet discoveries are being made with 2047 planets in 1296 planetary systems known. Rare Earth proponents argue life cannot arise outside Sun-like systems. However, some exobiologists have suggested that stars outside this range may give rise to life under the right circumstances;
Though planets the size of Earth are difficult to detect and classify, scientists now conclude that rocky planets are common around Sun-like stars.[52] The Earth Similarity Index (ESI) of mass, radius and temperature provides a means of measurement, but falls short of the full Rare Earth criteria.[53][54]

The Milky Way may bear 100 million life-giving planets.  There are some 100 million other places in the Milky Way galaxy that could support complex life,

The scientists surveyed more than 1,000 planets and study the planet density, temperature, substrate (liquid, solid or gas), chemistry, distance from its central star and age. They developed and computed the Biological Complexity Index (BCI). The BCI calculation revealed that 1 to 2 percent of the planets showed a BCI rating higher than Europa.   With about 10 billion stars in the Milky Way galaxy, the BCI yields 100 million plausible planets.
Despite the large number of planets that could harbor complex life, the Milky Way is so vast that planets with high BCI values are very far apart, according to the scientists , the distance from Earth to Gliese 581 is about 20 light years.
“It seems highly unlikely that we are alone,” say the researchers. “We are likely so far away from life at our level of complexity that a meeting with such alien forms might be improbable for the foreseeable future.”

There are some good aliens, and some bad guys.

Questioning the universe, Stephen Hawking- THERE IS NO GOD

Is Heaven just a fairytale ? The science-religion debate has been going on since science was born.  Unlike many religions, science has no final authority.

Despite the claims by Theologians that the existence of a creator is by definition outside science’s domain, Some Physicists said that  The universe arose “from nothing” courtesy of the force of gravity, and the laws of nature are an accident of the particular slice of universe we happen to inhabit.  It is possible to answer these questions purely within the realm of science, and without invoking any divine beings.

Stephen Hawking was in the opinion that Science has a better explanation than the divine  creator. Hawking wrote that if scientists could find the most fundamental laws of nature "then we should know the mind of God".

Best  Regards
Bill

Stephen Hawking wrote in his books "The Universe in a Nutshell"  , "A Brief History of Time" 1988 ,   "A Briefer History of Time" 2005 , and "The Grand Design" 2010
which have brought an appreciation of theoretical physics to millions. Stephen Hawking was in the opinion that Science has a better explanation than the divine  creator and  tried to  explain that we do not need God to create the universe.

Hawking said that the late Pope John Paul II once told scientists they should not study the beginning of the universe because it was the work of God. Hawking considered how the matter of this universe come from. Something has to happen to cause the universe to occur. Albert Einstein - mass and energy are two sides of the same coin.  E= mc2.  He considered the energy came from the Big Bang which created vast energy and negative energy.  The negative energy  was needed to create the universe.  The positive and the negative add up to zero in the universe.   He said that Time itself began at the Big Bang.  A black hole is a star so massive that even light cannot escape its gravity. Just like a clock comes closer to the black hole, it begins to become slower and slower.

Hawking said: "Before we understand science, it is natural to believe that God created the universe. But now science offers a more convincing explanation."

He said "Many Kinds of Universes, and None Require God." .  "It is not necessary,” Hawking and Mlodinow write, “to invoke God to light the blue touch paper and set the universe going.”

Is God always here  ?

Stanford University theoretical physicist Leonard Susskind, whose 2006 book The Cosmic Landscape also questioned the need for a creator in the account of creation, agrees. It had been noted that the conditions of the Universe are very fine tuned, allowing life.  String theory was then created, but allowed too many solutions. Then Susskind hypothesized that there are multiverses where there are occasional universes where life is indeed possible. He calls this multiverse the "landscape".[1]
“Not all physicists think the quest for a complete theory is over,” he says. “I don’t think we are anywhere near it.” Whether or not there is a God, his or her handiwork is certainly not easy to understand.

Is there God ? EINSTEIN'S APPROACH TO GOD

Shall we explore the deepest question in the Universe - Is there God , if yes, what does He do ?

Einstein explained in an interview published in 1930 in G. S. Viereck's book,
“Your question [about God] is the most difficult in the world. It is not a question I
can answer simply with yes or no. I am not an atheist. I do not know if I can define
myself as a pantheist. The problem involved is too vast for our limited minds. The
human mind, no matter how highly trained, cannot grasp the universe.
May I reply with a parable. We are in the position of a little child, entering a huge
library whose walls are covered to the ceiling with books in many different
languages. The child knows that someone must have written those books. He does
not know who or how. He does not understand the languages in which they are
written.  That, it  seems to me, is the attitude of the human mind, even the greatest and most cultured, toward God. We see a universe marvelously ordered, obeying certain laws, but we understand the laws only dimly. "

In a book entitled  "Ideas and Opinions "
which was published in 1954 - and  which is available free of charge on Google - Einstein presents his concept of a  “cosmic religion”. It is based on the awareness of the "miraculous order which manifests itself in all of nature as well as in the world of ideas." In an interview, Einstein stated:
"God is a mystery. But a comprehensible mystery. I have nothing but awe when I
observe the laws of nature. [And bear in mind] there are no laws without a
lawgiver... “ And he added with a smile "some centuries ago, I would have been
burned or hanged for saying this, but I would have been in good company."

“ If there is something in me which can be called religious, it is the unbounded
admiration for the structure of the universe so far as our science can reveal it.”
Einstein rejected the label ‘atheist’. He stated:
"I have often said that in my opinion the idea of a personal God is a childlike one.
You may call me an agnostic, but I do not share the crusading spirit of the atheist
whose fervor is mostly due to a painful act of liberation from the fetters of religious
indoctrination received in his youth. I prefer an attitude of humility at par with the
weakness of our intellectual understanding of nature and of our own being."

In a 1930  New York Times article, Einstein distinguished three human
impulses which develop religious belief: fear, social morality, and a cosmic
religious feeling. A primitive understanding of causality causes fear, and the
fearful invent supernatural beings analogous to themselves. The desire for love and
support creates a social and moral need for a supreme being; both these styles have
an anthropomorphic concept of God.

It is impossible to know how life on Earth really started, but that doesn’t stop scientists from trying to find out how it could have started.
